Today Bostandyk Branch was shining with the brightest colors. On November 15, a delegation from the United States, headed by Louisa Gilbert, professor of the School of Social Work and the developer of the «Wings Umai» model, visited Bostandyk branch of the «Shynga Orleu» Social Club for a working visit. The Club was also visited by Sholpan Primbetova, Vice President of the Center for Scientific and Practical Initiatives, and Elena Rosental, Director of the Umai Project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Walking around the premises, talking to the students and teachers-mentors, the guests felt the warm family atmosphere from the first minutes, which evoked the most sincere emotions and smiles. They were surprised with the uniqueness of the project, because there were no similar analogues in the United States so far. Teachers give their students a piece of themselves in our project and open new doors to the world of knowledge, and the younger generation gets new horizons, preserving and increasing eternal values. In the course of the meeting the guests were offered aromatic dishes of Kazakh national cuisine.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to thank our guests for their sincerity and easygoing spirit! It was felt how much they want to participate and take part in the improvement of living conditions of socially vulnerable groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are very glad that our distinguished guests from America visited our Club, where lov, understanding and kindness reign!<\/span><\/p>\n
