The Center for Scientific and Practical Initiatives Public Foundation (CSPI PF) is a Kazakhstani non-governmental organisation that was founded in 2018 by the leadership of the Center for Global Health in Central Asia at Columbia University, in collaboration with graduates of Columbia University’s School of Social Work. The centre’s projects focus on harm reduction, HIV prevention and preventing gender-based violence, particularly among vulnerable populations.
